The Friends of Pickerington Public Library (FOPPL) will be having their semi-annual

book sale at the Pickerington Public Library’s Main Library location on 201 Opportunity Way. The sale begins with a special pre-sale for Friends’ members on Wednesday, October 31, from 5-8 p.m. The public is invited to sign up for a Friends membership at the door to participate in the pre-sale! The sale is open to the public from Thursday, November 1, to Sunday, November 4, and offers a variety of books in many genres; DVDs; CDs; and vinyl albums; and games. Come early for the best selection!

Proceeds from the sale support Pickerington Public Library and their initiatives and events, including the Homework Help Center, Summer Reading and Summer Feeding programs, and annual events such as Santa Saturday, Pickerington Teen Book Fest and Pickerington Comic Fest. FOPPL also supports the Pickerington Public Library Fund and Citizens for the Pickerington Public Library.

Do you love to crochet or knit? Are you looking for fellow crafters who share your passion? Then join our needlecrafting group! We meet every month to work on projects, chat, and learn from each other. Both beginners and experienced crafters are welcome! If you’re looking to learn a craft, we’ll either teach you or guide you to resources to help you learn.

Supplies are limited: we recommend that experienced crafters bring their own supplies.
